Take a hint from a leader.... reset with a walk in nature to decompress.

The most natural stress relief?  Exercise.  And a form of that is walking.  You don't have to go all out and break a speed record either.  When you want to give yourself a different perspective, nature is your best bet.  Be present, wander as you walk..... really take in your surroundings.

Ralph Waldo Emerson said it best, "In the presence of nature, a wild delight runs through the man, in spite of real sorrows."

Walking offers you an opportunity to be mindful and reduce your stress at the same time - a walking meditation.  It allows you to get back to a natural rhythm.  Your nervous system begins to calm, allowing your heart, breathing and body to fall into alignment and ease your body into a soothing and relaxed cadence.
