As I read this quote, I asked myself, "is there anywhere in my life I'm hoarding?" My surface answer?  I am so grateful and blessed for what I do. It comes so naturally and easily, and my client sessions are over the top!  I know that when I am in a session with someone, it's all out, every time..... there isn't any holding back on either end, which makes for enriching, rewarding and productive interaction. When I dug really deep, I found the place I did the most hoarding..... time.  Yup.  I'm a time hoarder.  I allot 'X' amount of hours to everything - working out, socializing, work, free time.  And you know what?  It helps me...

Motivation Monday: Create Change

You can't go back and change events or circumstances. Sure, after a big event, you may want to give yourself time - that's natural. The question is, how much time? And, are you waiting for that magic wand of time to make the change for you?  What if there is no event..... time has just been passing by and you have become complacent?  Hmmm.... sounds like it's truth time. When do you know it's time for you to move on?  You'll feel the internal pull, although it may be met with resistance.  What is that resistance about anyway?  Resistance is a sure sign you're ready for change.  That feeling you get is your inner thermostat letting you know it's time to get out of a comfort zone.  Let's say you've got your career in a good position, and now, you'd...

Step Into Your Alignment [RYL TV #59]

"How can I be so out of whack?!" That's a question one of my client's brought up in her session recently. She couldn't believe something she had set out to do still hadn't been done, and it was a year later.  Here she was, stuck in the same spot - unfulfilled, unhealthy... out of whack, unhappy.  My response?  Good!  That meant she was ready to address what was really missing in her life.  Alignment.  That connection to her heart and inner voice that kept her in touch with her values.  It is her time to get F.I.T. and bring herself back to the life.  Are you ready to be your F.I.T.? It's really easy for time to slip away, right? You get caught up in your day to day, and before you know it, BAM!, time has marched on.  Sometimes a lot of time, right?! Before you start getting down on yourself about it, hold up. There isn’t any fixing to do… no...
