Day 8: Healthy Goals, Healthy Rewards

Good for you.  You've been diligent in your efforts and now it's time to do something great for yourself :) This weekend find time to pamper yourself, buy a book, download a fun app - something to reward yourself for getting to day 8!  Maybe visit a gallery or coffee shop to sit down for some doodling and writing. Are you getting the hang of 'self care'? I hope so!! Fit tip: visit a local hiking landmark and get out for some fresh air.  If your weather is too rough, hit a mall or museum to roam about.
