It's really important to change your energy state every 90 minutes or so while you're working.  With the acceleration of technology and high demands of new working conditions, it's important to get away from all the screens - phone, computer, tablet, TV.  Changing your state every 90 minutes allows you an opportunity for renewal.  To really be in your now.  Get in touch with what you're missing and integrate a break to tap into your human element. If you're relying on energy drinks and other caffeine sources to 'stay pumped,' you aren't doing your body any good.  You will get a better response by allowing yourself to maintain your body's basic rhythm with 90 minute intervals.  Get out of 'crash & fidget' mode - give your body what it needs!  Try it....... you'll be more productive, and you'll like it. ...

    Day 14 of ★ 30 Days of Rockspiration ★   This week in ★ROCK STAR MONDAY★: STING   [easyrotator]erc_23_1358128215[/easyrotator]     Gordon Matthew Sumner was born on October 2, 1951 in Wallsend, England.  Like many of our RSM artists, his musical influence began early when he found a Spanish guiatar at age ten and became obsessed with it.  As a teen, he would sneak into clubs, and be influenced by his Rock Stars favorites, like Jimi Hendrix & Cream.  Sumner had some pretty eclectic jobs - bus conductor, construction worker and tax collector before a 2 year stint of teaching. His first love is jazz, and he began playing with local bands on weekends. Eventually he would move to London where he would meet Stewart Copeland and Henry Padovani. In the midst of the punk rock scene, Andy Summers replaced Padovani, and The Police were born, releasing 5 albums and winning 6 Grammy's. Sting struck out on his own in the early 80s when the band members...
