Day 29: Fluidity

Day 29:  Fluidity When you least expect it, Life happens.  I know all about it, lol.  We all experience big changes at one point or another - illness, work, marriage, death of a loved one.  When we are hit with these life changing situations, how do we maintain our goals? You go through the experience, and begin to make small steps to put your goals back in perspective.  They may take a different shape because of your experience - go with the flow! Change is good, even when it seems disastrous at the time.  Almost 8 years ago, I lost my sister Lisa in a nite club fire in RI.  At the time it was devastating and there was a lot to examine and go through.  I made a very conscious decision to 'become a better person' and maintain self care.
