You felt like 'you got it,' only to find yourself repeating the same patterns of self-sabotage and limiting behavior - angry at yourself and feeling like crap. It can be costing you a shot at love, loss of friendships, or advancement in your career. Most of all, you're restless, out of sorts, and in physical and emotional pain. Stop It! Now is your time to be noticing all the little things you do, like saying "I'm so stupid", without a second thought.  Is that really what you think of yourself.  Probably not, but you've programmed yourself with these automatic responses, and now they're pretty much like breathing to you. We all have an Evil Twin.  Just when you think you're on the right track, up pops that dark side of you that just wants to fuck with you.  The Evil Twin who holds you hostage and has you squirming in your own shit, causing you to spin out of control with negative overload. So how do you get a grip and start to loosen the grasp?  You become AWARE.  Awareness is the key to change.  The recognition of your evil twin is the very thing that will empower you to get out of your own chaos.  Insert the catch phrase, 'get out of your own way.'  Maybe someone has used that phrase with you before?
