In The Meantime I've got a couple of clients who are in transition right now, and their biggest struggle is The Meantime. Can you relate?  There's always something that is changing in your world, isn't there? And the most challenging aspect of change is what to do in the meantime. By most standards, waiting sucks. You feel out of control, your spirit diminishes and you may even get a little depressed. The flip to 'hunky dory' may be a stretch at first.... would you settle for 'OK'? Thanksgiving Gratitude So... how was your Thanksgiving? Did you have all of your favorite dishes with time to reminisce and chillax?! Here's a slice of my day.... it started with connecting with long-distance friends via texting and email. Don't you love the ease of sending a text? Immediate connection at your fingertips! I moseyed around and eased into my day before heading over to my friend Lisa's house to water her plants and check up on her house. Lisa is one of the most generous people I know, and the biggest gift I get from her is to spend time at her home with her and her beautiful children. Whether it's a short or extended visit, it's a visit that warms my heart every time! Lisa has also extended her generosity with fabulous dinner & garden parties, concerts, movies and fun social outings.               What are you Grateful for that will make you Greatful? As you prepare for your Holiday thanks, and I'm sure a superb meal, what are you Grateful for?  Take a minute to be silent with yourself and reflect on all of the wonder, beauty and even chaos that keeps you grounded in who you are.  Take another moment to jot down what comes to mind.  As you reflect on your list, how can you take yourself from Grateful to Greatful?
