This Week’s RESET: Unstuck

This Week’s RESET: Unstuck

Get Unstuck How frustrating is it to be excelling in one area - like your business - and stuck in another ? "Excruciating," "Like a migraine of the heart" are a couple of ways my clients put it. When you're putting a lot of effort into one area, it is very common to get stuck in another. Until you reset, and energize your solutions. What do you when you find yourself stuck Experiencing repeated cycles of sabotage Getting spun out by your 'story' or a traumatic event Living in a body that is unhealthy Hiding or finding comfort in the past It's time for you to move forward and be in stride with your life ..... in flow. When you're stuck, you feel like life is passing by you. What if you could move past any blocks, swing your energy to the positive and fully participate in your life? Now is your time. Imagine Waking up everyday excited to be alive ...

This Week’s RESET: Support

This Week’s RESET: Support

SUPPORT There were quite a few people who showed up for me last week, and I want to say thank you! It feels wonderful to be supported, and I really appreciate those of you who supported me by sharing my information for my book launch last week - we hit #1! And I'd like to especially thank those of you who decided to RESET - I look forward to our sessions. “No matter what you have, no matter your experience level, sometimes you just need a hand.”   ―Auliq Ice You feel so good when you show up for someone, don't you ? There's a sense of importance, closeness and love, isn't there? A connection that you make with yourself & whomever or whatever you're supporting. It's a win/win, and it inspires you to do more. Do you easily ask for support when you need it ? If not, why not? I understand how hard it can be. As someone who was raised to be...

This Week’s RESET: Going For The Win

This Week’s RESET: Going For The Win

This Week's RESET: Going For The Win Did you catch the Superbowl? I did...... kind of, lol. Hey, I'll admit it, I just went for the party! There comes the time you just need to take a break and let loose... those are my favorite times. I don't even know when the Panthers became a football team, and I'm pretty clueless on most of the plays, but I do love a good game! And, for me, it's always cool to see the athleticism of an "I can't believe he caught that!" catch. I suppose that is just the heart and inner drive from a gal who used to dive for the ball and end up in the mud during softball practice. I'll bet you're a lot like me, and isn't just about saving it for the game - it's about your heart and soul being in it all the time. You don't have to try, it just is. And that feeling is in...

Beat The Holiday Blues

Beat The Holiday Blues

Beat The Holiday Blues “The Holiday Blues” is a condition that begins around the Thanksgiving holiday, causing stress and anxiety throughout the winter and until after New Year’s. Even for people who don't regularly suffer from depression or anxiety, the idea of entering a crowded room and chatting up co-workers or strangers at a party, exchanging gifts with friends or colleagues, traveling from home, or attending large family gatherings are all triggers. The National Alliance on Mental Illness reports that over 40 million people, 18 yrs old and up, suffer from anxiety or depression. During the holidays, the numbers go up, and include people who aren't normally affected. As a trained medical intuitive, coach and former fitness trainer, it's a subject I'm very familiar with. Many of my clients experience an increase of old aches, pains and headaches. Obligations to work and house parties cause anxiety as they feel extra stress, which then turns quickly into shut-down. They begin to decline invitations or...
