Day 22: Check Your Progress

Day 22:  Check Your Progress You have a couple of weeks under your belt - how's it going?!  Are you keeping up with your exercise, nutrition, journaling, support systems?  Take your time.... as they say 'Rome wasn't built in a day'.  More importantly, focus on what is working for you - the choices you've made to succeed! Remember, this is just the beginning - big things are happening!  It may seem a little slow, maybe even reversed, as your body begins to acclimate to your new, healthy lifestyle.  Just hang out and let it happen - be patient, be kind to yourself, continue to make great choices.  Underneath it all, you are a healthy person.  Focus on that.  The more you bring into the fold, the more you will become the fit, healthy, strong person you long to be.
