If you are having any self doubt as to how far you can go....... relax!  Take a second and look at all you've done in these past couple of weeks.  Congratulate yourself on taking the initiative, take a deep breath and breathe into your Power.  You can do it!!! It is natural to get to a certain point and then feel unmotivated.  Pull in your team - that's what they are there for.  Get someone to go walking with you, take a class - whatever it takes to get past this little nagging feeling of doubt, and go forward. How does it feel to be making some headway?!  Pretty exciting, isn't it?  If you're new to this relax, it's all happening.  Here a few things to think about as you contemplate your fitness program, nutrition and overall goals for this week.... Stay fresh.
