How Much Juice Do You Have Inside
rock your life 365
What is it like to not just live your life.... but to Rock it. To really own your experiences, 'good' or 'bad.' To allow each life event to shape you so you may know yourself better. To become more of who you are - a magnificent being filled with love. To be at peace and in gratitude for all the wisdom accumulated by what you've been through. It's time to Rock. GO!
This Week's Love & Light Meditation
"I love everything that is inside of me"
what have you got inside?
have you ever felt like you worked through something, only to have it jump right back at you. talk about frustrating. more than that, it's disheartening. it makes you feel like giving up.
so, if you feel like giving up because you've done absolutely everything you can think of and things aren't working out, what do you do? you're feeling depleted..... like you can't squeeze one more drop.
all of those things you fight, are just the things you need to embrace. there is a learning in the struggle that allows you to learn about another aspect of you.
be in gratitude for all the experiences you've had.... even though they may have not seemed so great when they happened. that's what's inside. that's the juice.

"My beliefs are that the truth is a truth until you organize it, and then becomes a lie. I don't think that Jesus was teaching Christianity, Jesus was teaching kindness, love, concern, and peace. What I tell people is don't be Christian, be Christ-like. Don't be Buddhist, be Buddha-like"
As this was written, Dr Wayne Dyer passed away after his long-term struggle with leukemia. I thank him for his down-to-earth delivery on spirituality and life, and am grateful for his contribution to personal development. Godspeed Dr Dyer!
