Feel life

how much do you feel {!firstname_fix}? i mean really feel.... at the deepest level you are capable of right now. it takes a certain level of awareness doesn't it?

feelings seem complex, don't they? even when you think you've let something go, you find it's still there, often in a life of it's own. it may have added a story or two to rationalize and validate it. it may have even gotten support from other emotions, and pulled them in.

next thing you know, you've got a virus on your hands... consuming and spreading, invading out-of-bounds areas. settling in, wreaking havoc on your mind and body. and when you can't decipher the original feeling, that virus strikes with full force. how do you get out of all that?!

meryl streep has developed an amazing body of work exploring polarities, complexities and depth. she does it very well.

how well do you play with the aspects of your being {!firstname_fix}? when is the last time you explored your feelings? are you in your life?!

peer into your cells - the very essence of life. how alive are they? there's a lot living under your skin. a cumulative pathway of each experience - everyone you've ever known, every piece of information that has flashed in front of you.
how much have you absorbed?

what kind of filtering system have you had in place - is it outdated? perhaps you're still taking things in from an old perspective or feelings. maybe even some that aren't yours, that you've acclimated to.

are you able to feel objectively? to really feel, and live your life while you're in it. don't let a feeling hold you back - let it go - so you can move forward.
