What is it like to not just live your life.... but to Rock it. To really own your experiences, 'good' or 'bad.' To allow each life event to shape you so you may know yourself better. To become more of who you are - a magnificent being filled with love. To be at peace and in gratitude for all the wisdom accumulated by what you've been through. It's time to Rock. GO.
This Week's Love & Light Meditation
'Let my heart know true beauty - within, and outwardly'
all the objects you have touched
the detail, color & vibrancy you've seen
the nuances, subtext, noises & words you've heard
the delicacies you've tasted
everything that has brought beauty to your world lives inside of you.... charging your senses. are there any charges that need some fine tuning... that maybe you should let go?
where and how has beauty enriched you - on a deep level. do you share that aspect of yourself on a regular basis? what parts of your beauty are you willing to bring to life?
peer into your cells - the very essence of life. how alive are they? there's a lot living under your skin. a cumulative pathway of each experience - everyone you've ever known, every piece of information that has flashed in front of you. how much have you absorbed?
what kind of filtering system have you had in place - is it outdated? perhaps you're still taking things in from an old perspective or feelings. maybe even some that aren't yours, that you've acclimated to.
when you release your past and step fully into who you are, you will be magnetic & magnificent. you'll receive new compliments as others perceive you in a different way. let your inner light shine!
