Do you have mud on your face? Seems things are really being stirred up!  I've gotten many responses back from readers who are feeling 'dogged' by their bad habits & thoughts.  The overall feeling is that they have 'mud on their face'.  They are ready to shift forward, but there is still some lingering crap they haven't fully dealt with.  The other feedback is that now that people are uncovering and recovering from some old crap and influences, they feel they are on a completely different track and don't know what to do.  Yikes! We all have an Evil Twin.  Just when you think you're on the right track, up pops that dark side of you that just wants to fuck with you.  The Evil Twin who holds you hostage and has you squirming in your own shit, causing you to spin out of control with negative overload. So how do you get a grip and start to loosen the grasp?  You become AWARE.  Awareness is the key to change.  The recognition of your evil twin is the very thing that will empower you to get out of your own chaos.  Insert the catch phrase, 'get out of your own way.'  Maybe someone has used that phrase with you before? Are you behind the 8 ball?

  Where are you?!   Do you constantly feel like you have to keep up, get up or buck up? Are you getting in your own way? Are you your own worst enemy? Do you say things like “I'm hopeless”, “I'm a failure”, “I'm so stupid”, “___ will never like me”   If you said 'Yes' to even one of those questions or statements, you could be guilty of Negative Self Talk. Consciously or unconsciously, we spit out words that have a 'negative' connotation, and are actually derogatory. It's a constant slip that keeps people spinning out of control and frustrated.   The best way to make any change is Awareness. Raise your level of awareness to how much destructive behavior you elicit on regular basis by noting it! Thoughts, words and action should be counted.
