Get out of your Head and into your Heart Do you feel like you've been bashing your brain for a while?  Maybe 'spinning your wheels' a little too much?  Feeling like your heart and your brain aren't lined up?  Lol.  Relax, things are about to get a whole lot better as we fill you up with nutrition for your heart and soul! Getting caught up in our thoughts is something we all do.  What will make the difference is how long you dwell there.  On occasion, you can spend a small portion of your day 'stuck in the mud' or treading like crazy with your head barely out of the water.  If you're getting all your mail sent there, you're in trouble, lol. Today  I What can you do with this Powerful statement?  How will you use it to change one aspect of your Life.  It can be something big, it can be something small... I'm sure a few things come to mind.  Is it stepping out of fear, beginning a healthy regimen, buying a new phone?  The key here, is taking Action.  The choice is your's, right here, right now.  This is an ongoing process, so don't feel pressured to choose - just choose.  Tomorrow is another day, and an opportunity to make another declaration.  Go for it, make a stand, support yourself, love yourself.  Now that you've come up with something, start rocking your world! Exercise at 40+

Exercise at 40+ Now that I'm in my 40s, I'm finding I don't have to 'kill it' every time I work out, lol.  I'm glad I went all out in my late 20s/early 30s (pre injuries) - I really gained a great foundation and muscle memory.  I had the ambition, energy and time to do it, and it served me well.  Now when I lift, I still train with intensity and have some great lifting sessions, but it doesn't have to be 4 days a week.  I suppose what's really changed is intention and energy. Key areas at this stage of my life are nutrition, movement, mobility and stress management.  I know what to eat on a daily basis - it's a no brainer.  When I go to a party, event or restaurant, I enjoy what's at hand in bite size pieces.  I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything, and find joy in where I am and what I'm eating. Do you know the greatest secret to losing fat once and for all?  It's being solid with yourself and knowing in every cell of your body that you are meant to be healthy and have the body you deserve!  Easy to get to that space?  Yes!  Make the decision right now that any self sabotage maneuvers you've had in place no longer serve you.
