January 31, 2011 – here you are…. successful, in movement – ready to rockn’roll! You should be really proud of all you’ve accomplished this month. Although it has had it’s challenges, I am proud of myself for sticking with my blogging goal, my fitness goals and my business goals. I am ready for February – how about you?!
When you set your New Year Resolutions, you most likely had some short term and long term goals in mind. If you’ve accomplished one of your short term goals this month – cool on you You may have found you needed to reshape some of your goals – happens all the time. Do what you need to do and keep moving!
Looking back at my blogs from Day 1 til now, I have seen progression with my blogging. Tooting my own horn, there is some good advice here! I’m going to spotlight a few blogs to give you 5 Tips to keep you Rolling into February and beyond:
Tip 1: Chart your Progress – Write down what is working, how it’s working and ways to improve what you are doing. Begin with Journaling, Day 4, then check out Day 22 and Day 23
Tip 2: Maintain a good source of Nutrition - Lot of days here, as I did a couple of series on this subject Day 10, Day 11, Day 12, Day 13, Day 19, Day 20, Day 21

Tip 5: Inspiration – If you ever find yourself getting stuck, you can always pop onto my blog for inspiration and make a comment or visit my Facebook page and post to my wall. If it’s something confidential, go to my contact page and get a hold of me there.
